RA Creative needed to provide a new website journey sympathetic to Mappin and Webb’s heritage which is synonymous with excellence, craftmanship and all things truly greatly British. Exemplary service, quality and excellence of the highest calibre was required. The chosen solution was a SAP Commerce website integrated into a SAP ERP system.
